Refund & Return Policy - Crawall GMB Audit
Refund & Return Policy

Refund rules for digital audits, reports, and growth support plans.

Last updated: May 20, 2026. Crawall GMB Audit provides digital reports and service-based plans. There are no physical goods to return.

Digital service policy

Crawall GMB Audit sells digital audit reports, strategy guidance, creative support, monitoring, and related services. Because these are digital or service-based deliverables, returns do not apply in the same way as physical products.

Refund eligibility

  • If you paid twice for the same order by mistake, contact us with payment proof. Verified duplicate payments may be refunded.
  • If work has not started and no report, audit output, strategy, creative, or support deliverable has been shared, you may request cancellation and refund review.
  • If we are unable to deliver the purchased service due to a confirmed issue on our side, we may offer a refund, replacement report, service credit, or revised delivery timeline.

Non-refundable cases

  • Completed digital audit reports, downloaded reports, shared report links, or delivered strategy documents are generally non-refundable.
  • Refunds are not provided only because Google rankings, calls, leads, or sales did not improve. The service does not guarantee ranking outcomes.
  • Refunds may be declined if incorrect business details, wrong Maps links, missing access, or delayed user response prevents accurate delivery.
  • Used monthly or yearly support periods are generally non-refundable once the service cycle has started.

How to request a refund review

Email support@crawall.com with your name, business name, payment reference, plan name, report link if available, and the reason for the request.

We may ask for additional details to verify the order and understand the issue. Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method where possible, subject to payment gateway timelines.

Plan changes and credits

In some cases, we may offer a corrected report, revised delivery, plan adjustment, or service credit instead of a refund. This depends on the issue, service stage, and payment status.
